Privacy is the core of NebuQuote. Your phone number and email address are never shared with contractors.
1. Information we collect
Account details (name, email, phone, language), project details (description, location, files), quotes and in-app messages, subscription status, and anonymous QR scan counts.
2. What contractors can see
Contractors see your project description, trades, city, state, ZIP code, and uploaded files. They never see your phone number, email address, or street address unless you choose to share it in a message.
3. How we use your information
To match projects with qualified contractors, deliver quotes and messages, send the notifications you have enabled, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored with a managed cloud provider using encryption in transit and at rest. Project files are stored in a private bucket and served through short-lived signed links.
5. Your choices
You can view your stored data, download a copy, change notification preferences, and request account deletion from your privacy settings.
6. Retention
We keep account and project records while your account is active and for as long as needed for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes.
