These terms govern your use of NebuQuote, a marketplace that connects property owners with contractors while keeping customer contact details private.
1. Using NebuQuote
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
2. Customers
Project requests must describe real work you intend to have performed. NebuQuote does not perform construction work and is not a party to any agreement you make with a contractor.
3. Contractors
Contractors must hold valid licensing and insurance where required by law, keep verification documents current, and submit accurate quotes. Misrepresentation may lead to suspension.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Contractor plans renew automatically until canceled. Free trials convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends. Fees are charged through our payment processor.
5. Prohibited conduct
No spam, harassment, fraudulent quotes, scraping, attempts to obtain private contact information, or use of the platform for anything unlawful.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
NebuQuote is provided as is. We do not guarantee quote accuracy, contractor performance, or project outcomes, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users. You may stop using NebuQuote at any time.
